1. Agreement
By purchasing a toolkit or engaging Silver Six for advisory services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. Digital Products — Payment & Delivery
All toolkit purchases are processed at the listed price. Toolkits are delivered digitally within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a toolkit has been downloaded or accessed. If you experience a technical issue with delivery, contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it. Advisory service refunds are subject to the terms of your individual engagement agreement.
4. Intellectual Property
All toolkits, templates, frameworks, and materials produced by Silver Six remain the intellectual property of Silver Six. Purchasers are granted a licence for internal organisational use only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing outside your organisation is not permitted without written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
Silver Six provides toolkits and advisory support in good faith. We are not liable for decisions made by your organisation based on information or outputs produced using our tools. Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product or service.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
